FORMULATION:
R-Gel™ Wound Dressing contains a proprietary formulation of oxidized dextran solution with an adipic dihydrazide cross-linking agent. The resulting fully biodegradable delivery matrix is resorbable by dissolution in about 4 weeks.
This unique R-Gel™ formulation solidifies in situ. It is supplied in a dual-syringe kit that contains (Syringe A) oxidized dextran solution and (Syringe B) a cross-linking.
