FORMULATION: Resorbable MIII Cisplatin Beads* are spherical 3 mm diameter bead implants containing 7% by weight cisplatin. (diamminedichloroplatinum, CAS# 15663-27-1).
The inorganic/polymer composite includes calcium sulfate and dextran sulfate. This innovative drug delivery matrix provides a highly-controllable release profile and erosion rate.
Average beadweight is 23 mg.
